Factory A32 Extends Shelf Life with Su-27 and Su-30MK2

In order to increase efficiency and reduce costs, Factory A32 successfully built a repair line to increase the service life of Su-27 and repair Su-30.
In the article "Training to master weapons and technical equipment" in the newspaper PK-KQ on October 1, it was said that the A32 factory has marked a strong transformation in the past time.
From a technical guarantee base for older generation aircraft such as MiG-21, Su-22, the factory has gradually risen to master the technical guarantee for new generation aircraft high technology such as Su-27, Su-30MK2.
Successfully built a large repair technology line to increase the total life of the Su-27 aircraft and locally repair the Su-30 aircraft. Currently, the factory is continuing to be invested for major repairs, increasing the total life of Su-30MK2 aircraft.
To get those results, the factory has well performed technical training at all levels, actively trained high-quality human resources; domestic and foreign type transfer training; integrate training programs such as sending working groups to monitor and repair overseas.

Take advantage of good and experienced experts who come to Vietnam to consult, transfer technology, combine training for staff, technical staff, with the goal of standardizing professional qualifications and skills for employee staff, technical staff according to each working position, meeting the requirements of technical work, especially breakthroughs in training and exploitation, mastering the technology of repairing combat jets new generation battle.
On November 18, 2020, the factory received the first Su-30MK2 aircraft for repair. These are milestones marking the large repair capacity of fighter jets and recognizing the outstanding development of Vietnam's aviation engineering industry.
In addition, the factory also repaired tens of thousands of spare parts and equipment for the units; produce hundreds of thousands of aviation technical materials. Besides, it also repairs special motorcycles; participate in the repair of weapons of the Air Defense units, Navy.
Recently, the High-Tech Center went into operation, marking a great step forward of the unit. From here, A32 Factory can improve repair capacity to regional and international level.
