TAM will be upgraded

Israeli Elbit Systems just won an Argentine MinDef's procurement for upgrading the electronics and direction of the turret of the locally-produced MBT TAM. Further details will be made public soon but as far as we know electronic and mechanical technology of the MBT Merkava will be introduced in the Argentinian counterpart. It is expected to see an upgraded example in SINPRODE 2011 defense fair.
