Vietnamese army has trained with AT-3 ATGM (all photos : QPVN)

Training exercise with AT-3 Sagger wire-guided ATGMs. These missile systems first saw widespread usage with the PAVN during the 1972 Easter Offensive.

They continue to serbe as one of the main ATGMs used by Vietnam today, also being fitted on the Vietnamese BMP-1s.


Known as the B-72 in Vietnamese usage, the missile systems have since been modernized by Vietnam's Rocket Institute.
