Ejercicios entre el Real Ejército Tailandés y el US Army

On July, 22nd 2021, Paratroopers from across the Division conducted a jump alongside their Allies in the Royal Thai Army and conducted a wing exchange! The 82nd Airborne Division never fights alone and training like this enhances our Airborne Interoperability!



Although as a result of the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak, this 2021 Cobra Gold 2021 Joint Combined Training Course has been revised to reflect the situation on both sides, The Thai Army and the United States Army



But the strategic parachute training that the Royal Thai Army send troops from 31st Infantry Regiment, Royal Guard, 1st Brigade, 1st Army Area This is a fast-moving combat ready unit (RDF: Rapid Deployment Force), which has airborne capabilities to receive training from the 82nd Airborne Division (82nd Airborne Division) 'All American' at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, USA during 11-26 July 2021, it is a sign of good military relationship between Thailand and the United States.

The US Army has also conducted strategic parachuting exercises. The same is true for troops from the Indonesian Army which is another friendly country in the ASEAN region, Southeast Asia, the US military attaches great importance to strengthening security in the region.



The preparations in Thailand and the US training of 31st Infantry Regiment, King's Guard also demonstrate the modernization of the Royal Thai Army's air delivery operations, such as the adoption of a new tactical T-11 parachute in Jumped from a transport aircraft Airbus C295W.

  1. Recuerdo que los tailandeses pudieron, en su momento, tipo década de 1970/80, tener a raya a los vietnamitas y kjemeres rojos. No es para tomarlos a la ligera.
